On Air Promotion Guidelines
All productions are required to supply material to Red Bull Media House for our promotional team.

Campaign Needs
(live and non-live content)
Overall, we need the moving image (main content) for all campaign highlights, plus facts about your show that we can use to build a promo campaign.
Relevant information
- An overview of what the program is about (logline)
- Facts and figures
- e.g.: number of competitors, is the winner of last year’s run still in the competition? Is the event happening at a new location?
- a unique insight and expertise to make the On Air Promotion current and informative - Things to avoid:
- e.g. people, places or equipment which should not be shown - changed sponsors, new logos, a different course etc.
Footage Delivery
Final program or select cut
If the program is not finished 8 weeks before the on air date, please provide us with a 10–20 minutes select cut containing the best and most relevant scenes of the show, if possible:
- Establisher/best aerial shots
- best action shots
- best hero/personal shots
- best Quotes
- B-Roll and Bloopers – if available
- a shotlist and transcript for the select-cut – if available
Technical Specifications (mandatory)
- We always prefer a CLEAN version of the program
- Full HD 1920x1080 ProResHQ mov
- Split Audio (FullMix/Effects/Music/Voice Over/Interviews – or at the very least an audio file with Interviews only)
- No h264, no timecode or graphics overlays
