Delivery Paperwork Guideline

An important part of the delivery is having all paperwork in order and completed. Only once delivered, Red Bull Media House will release the last payment for our partners. On this page, you'll find an overview of what needs to be delivered for specific aspects of production.

Credit Sheet

WHAT

Red Bull Media House does allow producers and production partners to produce credits within the following parameters:

  • In accordance with industry standards
  • In accordance with legal requirements
  • As agreed in the individual Production Service Agreement

WHY: Presentation and automatic playout of complete and correct credits (internal/external)

Music Cue Sheet

WHAT

A Music Cue Sheet is a PDF that is generated for every music track that is used in an asset for any channel, to ensure the artist and track and the source is detailed for rights and licensing purposes.

Red Bull Media House has built innovative technology to distribute music royalties accurately. Those composers and producers used to boost your content should receive their fair share. But the system only works when your MUSIC CUE SHEETS are correct. Please support royalty fairness by filing accurate MCS
via the respective tool available in the RED BULL AUDIO LIBRARY.

No additional Excel file needs to be delivered. If the music is not from the Red Bull Audio Library, you still need to go to the site and use Create a Blank Template and fill in the information there. The same Music Cue Sheet pdf output will be produced.

WHY: Legal obligation

Transcript and Translation Sheet

WHAT

The Transcript and translation Sheet includes all spoken dialogue and its translation. It should be shown with time code in and out points for all dialogue, (optionally in English, Russian, German or French) in case the spoken dialogue is not one of the aforementioned languages in the original version.

WHY

It is used for distribution to 3rd party media, repurposing and generating subtitles for localization. The sheet is essential to produce different languages; therefore it must be completely accurate. It is also essential to create closed captions, therefore it must be delivered for every asset that will be produced.
Unless the asset is specifically created for a specific market, all translations should be to English for the widest reach.

WHY
