Overview

Deliverables in TV production refer to the final products or output of a project that are delivered to Red Bull Media House.

Callsheet

The call sheet is a filmmaking term for the schedule implemented by the production partner, using details from the shooting schedule and shot list associated with the scenes that will be filmed that day. The callsheet is sent to the talents/athletes and crew of the production to let them know the time and location as to where filming is going to take place on a particular day.

If you don't have your own template, please feel free to download the standard Red Bull Media House one here:

Don't forget!

Please make sure your provide the risk assessment to your Red Bull Production Manager before you start shooting.

Shooting Plans

A shooting plan is a detailed document that outlines the plan for capturing all the shots required and needed for every moving image production to make sure that everything goes smoothly.

It typically includes information such as:

  • Scenes and shot lists
  • Cast / Talent / Athlete and crew schedules
  • Locations and sets
  • Equipment and resources needed
  • Timing and deadlines

The shooting plan serves as a roadmap for the production team, allowing them to efficiently allocate resources, plan logistics, and ensure the production stays on schedule and within budget. It is an essential tool for managing the complex and dynamic process of filming.

Cost Reports

The cost report is an updated statement of costs incurred in the Production. Its purpose is to track costs according to the production plan and where savings or overages may be possible. The cost report should be presented before each invoice is issued.
