Contract & Grant of Rights
Red Bull Media House/Red Bull asks all Production Partner to sign a Framework Production Service Agreement, a Production Service Agreement or a Partial Production Service Agreement, depending on the number of commissions and type of services.
The respective agreement needs to be signed ideally before start of pre-production and the latest by start of shooting. Before submitting the schedule and budget, please ensure that you understand Red Bull's / Red Bull Media House's requirements regarding total buy-out/transfer of any and all rights and the required legal paperwork.
According to the rights clause in the agreement you assign and grant to Red Bull/Red Bull Media House under current and future law all rights in and to the production to the broadest extent possible according to applicable law. To the extent that rights are not assignable, you need to grant Red Bull/Red Bull Media House in perpetuity the irrevocable, worldwide, exclusive, transferable and unlimited rights (that arise in connection with the development, preparation and creation of the production and/or were or are to be acquired by you. Red Bull/Red Bull Media House and its affiliates shall be enabled to exploit the production in all languages without any limitations and regardless of the medium via which the exploitation takes place during the full period of copyright and all possible renewals, reversions, revivals and extensions of copyright and thereafter in perpetuity and in any known or yet unknown kind of use also for program promotion, channel promotion and can advertising.
