Red Bull Media House/Red Bull asks all Production Partners to sign a NDA, Format Development Agreement or Production Service Agreement, depending on the type of development services.
Initial Phase of Format Development
We ask partners to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement in order to keep ideas secret (in case you have an idea and want to talk about it with us or we have an idea and want to talk about it with you). We need to sign this NDA before we start talking, meeting and exchanging e-mails.
Subsequent Phase of Format Development
Before submitting a production schedule, format proposal and/or budget, please ensure that you understand Red Bull's and Red Bull Media House's requirements regarding rights clearance for productions and the required legal paperwork.
